We celebrated the feast of the patron saint of our school with a school-wide art competition “In the footsteps of General Casimir Pulaski”. The youngest classes colored the portrait of the school’s patron, and the older students prepared posters in the classrooms. The works were so beautiful, thematically rich and inventive that the committee appointed to select the best ones decided that all students would be awarded the first place and everyone would receive pizzas and sweet bars funded by the school board as a reward.
The announcement of the results of the competition also became an opportunity to award diplomas and gifts to the winners and participants of five inter-school competitions.
