Ceremony of oath and passport to the first grade student

December 12, 2020. At the Polish School named after him. Gen. K. Pulaski held a ceremony of oath and passport of first graders. It was attended by parents of first-graders, first-grade teachers, as well as the headmistress and representatives of the school board. Headmistress Agata Michalkiewicz welcomed all the attendees, and the school’s vice-president, Mr. Krzysztof Popiełuszko, wished the first graders well. First graders presented their recitation and vocal skills followed by a moment of passporting. First graders on the school’s banner vowed to be good students, to represent their school with dignity, to love their homeland, and to bring joy to their parents and teachers with their behavior and learning.
After taking the oath, the headmistress performed a symbolic striping of students. At the end, the first-graders received diplomas and commemorative backpacks filled with gifts. The youngest students of the school and their parents were also invited to a sweet
refreshments.
We wish our First-Year Students much success and joy in acquiring knowledge, as well as great school experiences and unforgettable memories. We would like to thank the teachers of the first grades, Mrs. Teresa Dobosz and Lilla Kazimierska-Kulis for the wonderful preparation of the children
and the school board for their help and involvement in preparing this important school celebration.
