Matura 2016

Matura reveals the truth about the student – it shows who he is and how he used his time. Math exams – written and oral – confirmed the opinions that this year’s high school graduates present a really high level. The educational process proceeded without any disturbances. He was favored by the fact that there was a small group of high school graduates (seven people), so everyone could take advantage of the lessons a lot and – it turned out at the matura exam – he benefited. They worked hard throughout the school period, now they have reaped the sweet fruits of their efforts. As a class teacher, I can say with great satisfaction and joy that the Polish School is not. Gen. Casimir Pulaski sends a group of his graduates who are well versed in the language and Polish culture.

The baccalaureate also reveals the truth about the school. Conducting the matura exam is – contrary to appearances – a considerable organizational effort. To tune the individual elements of the Polish community school so that they all resonate on the very day of passing the matura exam and that the high school graduates feel the comfort necessary for them – this is a big art. I looked with admiration at the “school machine”, which functioned impressively. The students noticed it and appreciated it – “it seemed so cool!” It is good that students will not remember the matura exam as the last nightmare from the whole series of horror films after the school, but as an event that appreciated their several years of effort to conquer the Polish world.

“In a year’s time, the final exams again!” – the words with which we tried, jokingly of course, to scare non-lazily disposed students, we now send to the second grade of high school. Matura nadcho-dzi! It’s time to wake up from a high school nap…
