Vow and Fit for a First Grade Student

On November 23, 2019. The rota of the solemn oath was pronounced by 43 students of the first grades of the Polish School of Remembrance. Gen. K. Pulaski.
It was an extremely special day, not only for the students, but also for their teachers, parents, grandparents and siblings.
The official part of this event was led by a student of class 7a – Karolina Starczyńska, and the artistic part was prepared by educators: Mrs. Urszula Łątka and Ewa Belicki. During the performance, the first graders beautifully recited poems and sang songs. After the artistic program, a solemn vow took place, during which the youngest undertook to reliably fulfill their duties, take care of the good of the school, and with their learning and behavior to bring joy to their parents and teachers.
Along with the students, the parents also took solemn vows, promising to be great parents.
The central point of the vow was to take the oath and touch each child’s arm with a large, blue pencil by the school principal, Mrs. Agata Michałkiewicz. Then each student left a finger print next to his name and surname appearing under the rota of the vow in the school chronicle. The little heroes of this ceremony received commemorative diplomas and small gifts funded by their parents. After taking the commemorative photos, in a joyful mood everyone sat down to a treat prepared by the school board.
We wish all students of the first grades a lot of joy and satisfaction and the best grades! We congratulate the parents on their wonderful children.
We would like to thank all those who contributed with their help to the organization of this ceremony.
