The extraordinary time of Christmas is at the school of Gen. The Casimir Pulaski School is a time for meetings among staff members, lovers and friends of the school. A tradition that has been cultivated for many, many years has been the annual Christmas Eve Meeting, which in 2010 was held on January 7. This is one of those celebrations,
which brings together at a common table not only those currently working and working on behalf of the school, but also those who have come into contact with our institution
in the past. More than 40 people gathered to carol together
At the festive table, on which homemade delicacies were circulating. Some
of dishes such as the cake of Mrs. Elżbieta Gόrnikiewicz, our long-time former president, is already a traditional part of this evening. There was no shortage of words of warm welcome from the management. The role of hosts was played by the ladies
Ewa Wejda and Agata Wozny, and our spiritual guardian Rev. Basil Cendrowicz blessed all the attendees in a Christian spirit.
Thanks to Ms. Anna Lesniakowska, it was an evening resounding with Polish carols
and a pastoral. The school board makes sure that each meeting is unique
and unforgettable .This year’s hit turned out to be the raffle of fantasies,
From which all proceeds contributed to the school budget. It is through cooperation, integration
and respect for those who built this school we have been a part of the Polish community for 59 years, we proudly educate young people and children with Polish roots. The extraordinary atmosphere that is built by the people associated with this place makes all of us not only during such celebrations feel
one family.
We wish everyone a very Happy Birthday and we will see you at the next Opłatek Meeting of the Polish School named after him. Gen. Casimir Pulaski.
